Mt. Calvary held it's first Service in the Park which was a celebration of our children and to bestow a special blessing upon them of protection and success as they return to school. Pastor Greene held a mini service directed primarily to our youth. During the service our Youth Ministry Chair offered a special prayer for the children and each child was anointed with oil by Pastor Greene. Following the service a delicious spread of food was provided, with the Charlotte Hall Rita's donating Italian ice cream as a refreshing treat. Guests came from far and wide with several members from area churches joining us. Children were given additional school supplies to help them prepare for an exciting learning experience this year.
