The Senior Choir is the foundation choir of the Church. It is lead under the direction of Bro. Lowell Tucker.  They specialize in singing traditional United Methodist Hymns as well as songs from the African-American Heritage Hymnal and the Songs of Zion. The Senior Choir sings the first Sunday (Communion Sunday) of each month. 

The Male Chorus enjoys singing the old songs of Zion. They also provide coaching and mentoring to younger males in the Church. The Male Chorus was formed in August 2002. Each year, they host an annual Gospel Fest in the Fall. The Male Chorus is led under the direction of Bro. Lowell Tucker our senior pianist.  They grace our services with song on the second Sunday of each month.

The New Generation Choir was formed in October 2002. They share their excitement for the Lord through music and praise with a more contemporary beat. Often times they mix traditional Zion songs with rhythm from current gospel hymns such as Kirk Franklin and Donnie McClurkin. The New Generation Choir ministers through music under the direction of Sis. Linda Whalen and musician Bro. Lowell Tucker. You can hear them sing every fourth Sunday of the month.  The Mt. Calvary Mass Choir combines voices from all the church choirs.  The New Generation Choir and Mass Choir have embarked on their Discipleship Mission by visiting the Leonardtown Nursing Home the first Sunday of each month and share their songs of praise with the residents and staff of the nurshing home.  They also coordinate with the nearby Charlotte Hall Veterans' Home to hold periodic concerts for their residents.

The newest choir, the Mount Calvary Youth Choir, was formed in 2004 and is supervised by Sis. Linda Whalen. It is our youngest choir and brings promise and great talent to the church. The youth choir periodically performs with the New Generation Choir.
